Refund and Returns Policy

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After 12 hours, cancellation may no longer be available because the order may already be in production.

To request a cancellation, email [email protected] as soon as possible and include your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Because NCAA Fan Pro products are made to order, changes to personalization details, product options, or shipping addresses may not be possible once production has started.

Returning Goods

Because each NCAA Fan Pro item is made to order, we do not accept general returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong product selection by the customer, incorrect personalization submitted by the customer, or preference-based reasons.

Returns, replacements, or refunds may be accepted only for eligible issues caused by our error, including:

  • Defective item
  • Damaged item
  • Incorrect size or capacity caused by our error
  • Incorrect design caused by our error
  • Wrong style item caused by our error

Returning Goods Process

To request help with an eligible issue, contact us within 14 days of delivery at [email protected].

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Email address used at checkout
  • Clear description of the issue
  • Photos showing the damaged, defective, incorrect size/capacity, incorrect design, or wrong style item
  • Photo of the shipping label or packaging if relevant

Do not return an item before contacting support. If a return is required for an approved case, we will provide return instructions by email.

Refunds

After we receive your request and supporting photos, we will review the issue. If the request is approved, we may offer a refund or replacement depending on the situation.

Approved refunds are processed within 1-5 business days. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Shipping fees may not be refundable unless the issue was caused by our error or required by applicable law.

Exchanges

Because products are made to order, exchanges are not available for preference-based reasons such as changing your mind, selecting the wrong product, or entering incorrect personalization details.

If an item arrives defective, damaged, with an incorrect size or capacity, incorrect design, or wrong style caused by our error, we may offer a replacement after reviewing your order details and photos.
