Delivery Time
All NCAA Fan Pro products are made to order. Estimated delivery time includes production time plus shipping time.
- Production time: 1-4 business days
- U.S. shipping time: 4-10 business days after production
- International shipping time: 4-15 business days after production
Orders placed before 5:00 PM ET are processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff are processed the next business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary during holidays, peak seasons, carrier delays, customs processing, weather events, address issues, or other circumstances outside our direct control.
Shipping Costs
- Standard shipping is $5.99 for orders under $100.
- Free standard shipping is available for orders of $100 or more.
Shipping costs, if applicable, are shown during checkout before payment is completed.
Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped through available postal or parcel carriers depending on destination, fulfillment routing, product availability, and shipping method. Carrier selection may vary by order. Tracking information will be provided when available.

NCAA Fan Pro is an online-only store. Orders are produced and shipped through U.S. and international fulfillment centers depending on product type, availability, destination, and fulfillment routing. Shipment origin may vary by order.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, tracking information may be sent by email or made available through the order tracking page. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Delays and Issues
Shipping delays can happen due to carrier volume, holidays, customs processing, weather, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or other events outside our direct control.
If your order appears delayed, lost, returned to sender, or delivered but not received, contact [email protected]. Please include your order number, tracking number, and a short description of the issue so we can review the situation.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products or destinations may be unavailable due to carrier limitations, fulfillment limitations, legal restrictions, customs issues, or service interruptions. If we cannot ship an order to the address provided, we will contact the customer using the email address submitted at checkout.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. NCAA Fan Pro is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer.
Taxes, Duties & VAT
For U.S. orders, applicable taxes may be calculated and shown at checkout when required.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other destination-country charges may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout. NCAA Fan Pro does not control customs processing times or government-imposed fees.
